Roasted Veggie Platter

Source:  Taste of Home's Quick Cooking 2003

Place the vegetables in a greased 15"x10"x1" baking pan. Drizzle with salad dressing and sprinkle with herbs. Bake, uncovered at 425degrees for 15-20 minutes or until vegetables are crisp-tender.
