Oriental Zucchini

Source:  Got this recipe from my Mom - She is 85 and still whipping out wonderful meals. If your a gardner, you can never have too many recipes for zucchini.

Heat drippings in a skillet. Add the sliced zucchini, onion, garlic clove and 1/4 cup water. Stir, cover and simmer for 10 minutes. Remove garlic and sprinkle the soy sauce over all and cook 5 more minutes. Serve while hot.
