Oniony Brussel Sprouts

Source:  Divine Delights from Placer Heights Baptist Church

In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook onion in butter 10-12 minutes until onion is tender and golden brown. Add brussels sprouts, salt and pepper. Reduce heat; cover and cook 15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until brussels sprouts are tender.
