Stuffed Pita (Low Cal)


From the Kitchen of:  Pepper

Cut pitas in half, seal in foil and heat at 350 degrees for 5 minutes. Remove and keep warm. Spray skillet and heat till hot. Add onions and peppers. Sauté till tender. Stir in ham, add eggs, stirring until eggs are set. Stir in cheese and remove from heat. Place 2 slices tomato in each pita half. Fill with 1 cup egg mixture.
