Loaf O' Plenty


From the Kitchen of:  Bonnie

Cut loaf to bottom but not through, into 16 slices.  Spread both sides of slices, except outer ends, with margarine, salad dressing and mustard. Insert 1 cheese slice, 2 meat slices, 1 pepper ring and lettuce into each section.  Place on cutting board.  Cut through bottom crust to serve.  Makes 8.

Mini Munch:

Cut individual Italian loaf into 4 slices, cutting to but not through bottom.  Spread margarine, salad dressing and mustard on all cut sides as desired.  Insert above fillings as desired.  Wrap in plastic wrap or waxed paper for a great hold-in-both-hands sandwich.  Makes 1.
