Deviled Egg Sandwiches

Beat cream cheese, mayonnaise, ham and mustard together until smooth. Stir in eggs and chives. Chill about an hour to blend flavors. Spread 1/2 cup mixture on bottom halves of buns; top with leaf lettuce. Replace bun tops. Makes 4 sandwiches.
