One of the most popular party sandwiches.

 

1		day-old unsliced sandwich bread loaf, sliced lengthwise by bakery
1/4	cup	margarine
1/2	cup	smooth peanut butter
4		firm medium bananas
2	tbsp.	dill pickle juice

Remove crusts from each slice.
Roll each slice lightly with rolling pin.
Spread 1 side to edge with margarine.
Spread to edge with peanut butter.
Trim banana to width of bread slice.
Brush banana with pickle juice.
Lay on short end of bread and roll bread up.
Wrap each roll and chill.
To serve, unwrap and slice into 12 slices per roll, for a total of 48.
