Hot Orange and Lemon Mint Sauce

Comments: Good sauce for lamb or game
| 1 | tsp | grated orange rind
|
| 1/4 | C | orange juice
|
| | tsp | grated lemon rind
|
| 1/4 | C | lemon juice
|
| 1/4 | C | fresh chopped mint
|
| 1 | tbsp | confectioners' sugar
|
| 1/8 | tsp | salt |
| 1/8 | tsp | paprika
|
| 1/8 | tsp | nutmeg |
- Combine all ingredients and stir well.
- Place these ingredients over hot water for 30 minutes.
Yield: About 2/3 cupful
