TARRAGON AND LIME MARINADE
From the Kitchen of: Pepper
This Marinade is good for Chicken or Fish.
| 1/2 | cup | lime juice |
| 1/4 | cup | veg. oil |
| 1 | tsp. | tarragon |
| 1 | tsp. | onion salt |
| 1/4 | tsp. | black pepper
|
Combine ingredients and brush over chicken, cut into pieces.
Marinate 2 to 3 hours.
May marinate fish for an hour with the above recipe.
