Jeanne's Lemon Fish Sauce

Good served over Sauteed Shrimp in Butter or Fish

  • Saute your shrimp or fish in butter, set aside to drain well
  • Add all ingredients except the cream to the pan you cooked the fish or shrimp in. Deglaze the pan.
  • Let liquid reduce to about half.
  • Add Cream and simmer gently, stirring until it thickens, about 8-10 minutes.
