Comments: To lower the fat content use low fat mayo

1/2	cup	plain yogurt
1/2	cup	mayonnaise
1	tablespoon	fresh lemon juice -- or to taste
2	teaspoons	dijon mustard
1	tablespoon	bottled horseradish or to taste
3	tablespoons	finely chopped scallion green

• In a bowl, whisk ingredients together; add salt and pepper to taste.
• Serve over steamed veggies.
