Comments: Try this sauce both hot and cold to top your favorite flavors of ice cream.

1/2	cup	Water
1	cup	Brown Sugar
1/2	tsp.	Salt
1	cup	Honey
		Nuts (optional)

• In a saucepan, mix the water and brown sugar; boil them for 5 minutes.
• Remove from heat and stir in the salt.
• Now add the honey, and stir very well, until your sauce is smooth.
• Add nuts if you wish.
