Golden Sauce


From the Kitchen of:  Tap (Pat Lamb)

Goes with Steamed Christmas Pudding

  • Cream together butter and sugar with electric mixer.
  • Gradually add the cream, then the egg, beating until well blended.
  • Stir in Brandy
  • Microwave for 5 minutes. Watch so sauce doesn't boil over.
  • Makes about 2 cups. Sauce will be slightly runny.
