Cream Curry Sauce


From the Kitchen of:  Paz

  • Melt butter, add chives and parsley. Blend well, simmer and add curry powder.
  • Add salt.
  • Just before removing from fire add egg yolk, mixed with cream.
  • Serve with lobster or crab meat.

    Makes 1 1/4 cups
