CAJUN MARINADE

vinegar

McCormick® Italian Seasoning

teaspoon
McCormick® Garlic Powder
1/4
teaspoon
McCormick® Black Pepper
1-1/2
tablespoons
McCormick® Cajun Seasoning
dash
salt
Mix all the ingredients.
Use as a marinade for flank steak.
Place the steak in a large self-closing plastic bag, pour in marinade and marinate for 10-20 minutes or up to 3 hours for stronger flavor.
Grill steak 8-10 minutes per side or until done.
