Marinade For Beef Jerky
From the Kitchen of:
Pepper
Source: Joe Dufec
2 tbl. soy sauce
1/4 teas. salt
2 drops tabasco, or to taste
1 clove garlic, crushed
Slice the beef as thin as you can across the grain.
Mix the marinade ingredients, put the meat in the mixture and refrigerate for at least an hour.
