This is a good dressing to use with fruit.

2		Eggs
1/4	cup	Honey
1/4	cup	Lemon juice
1	cup	Whipping cream, whipped

• Beat the eggs until soft and creamy.
• Add the honey and lemon juice.
• In a double boiler cook over hot water until thickened, stirring constantly.
• Cool.
• Fold in the whipped cream and chill.
• Makes 1 1/2 cups of dressing
