Cream Horseradish Dressing

This dressing is good with cold meat.
Beat until stiff:

Heavy cream
Add slowly, beating constantly:

Lemon juice or vinegar
1/4
tsp
Salt
1/8
tsp
Paprika
A few grains cayenne

Tbsp
Grated horseradish
Makes about 1 1/4 Cupfuls
