This recipe comes from a friend back in North Carolina. A very tasty salad. She uses Hormel Bacon in a jar for this.

1 1/2	heads	broccoli, flowerets
8	oz.	bacon
1	med.	red onion, coarsely chopped
1	C.	raisins
1/2	C.	sunflower seeds
1	C.	light Mayonnaise
1/3	C.	sugar
2	Tbs.	white vinegar

Wash broccoli and dry thoroughly. Combine with bacon, onion, raisins and sunflower seeds. Combine mayonnaise, sugar and vinegar. Pour over salad. Marinate overnight. Serve Cold.
