Easy Drop Danish

From the Kitchen of: CAROLE in the hills

Heat oven to 450 degrees. Mix baking mix, margarine and sugar until crumbly. Stir in milk until dough forms; beat 15 strokes. Drop by rounded tablespoonfuls about 2" apart onto lightly greased cookie sheet. Make a shallow well in center of each with back of spoon; fill with 1 tsp preserves. Bake until golden, 10-15 minutes. While warm, drizzle with Glaze.

Glaze: Beat 2/3 C powdered sugar, 1 tbsp warm water and 1/2 tsp vanilla until smooth.
