A note from the contributor: I made this using fresh strawberries and it is really good!

1	10 oz. pkg	Frozen strawberries, thawed
1/2	lb	Butter, softened
1	C	Confectioners sugar

Put all ingredients in blender in order listed. Cover and blend at high speed until smooth. Chill and serve on toast, muffins or waffles.

Makes 2 1/2 cups
