Peach Butter in the Crockpot


From the Kitchen of:  Pat K.

Put peaches through food mill or food processor. Mix all ingredients together well and put in crockpot. Bring to a good boil, uncover and boil until thick or about 4 hours, on High or Low to keep it boiling. Stir occassionally. Place in jars. Store in refrigerator.

(*I would put in jars and put in a boiling water bath for 5 minutes. They keep better and can be given as gifts.)
