Tahi Beef Stay

In a medium bowl, whisk together peanut butter, soy sauce, lemon juice, brown sugar, garlic, ginger and pepper flakes. Whisk in 2 tbsp. water until smooth. Stir in beef strips until coated. Let stand at room temperature for 15 minutes. Thread strips loosely onto skewers. Broil or barbecue 3 to 4 minutes each side.
