| Round steak, cut into portions | ||
| Flour | ||
| Seasoning, as desired | ||
| Tomato Juice | ||
| Spanish Onion cut into slices |
Flour and season meat & brown in oil Put browned steak pieces in a Dutch oven or similar pot with tomato juice and slices of Spanish onion. Cook slowly until meat is tender.
