Ski Chowder

Great in the winter. I serve it with apples and grated cheese and garlic toast. It's a large recipe designed to feed 12 people. Freeze remainder if desired and reheat. Great!!!

Brown hamburger and sausage. Drain well. Add seasonings and rest of ingredients. Add water to suit preference, using a large kettle. Heat to boil and simmer for 40 minutes. Enjoy!
