Sauerkraut Meatballs

Source:  MasterCook, Nancy Camp McMahan, Cooking the American Way

Mix all of the above together and make into small balls. Fry in butter or olive oil until browned. Remove from pan. Add sauerkraut juice and mix in a little corn starch into drippings and stir until thickened. Meatballs can be frozen.
