Pork Tenderloin

Take the Pork Tenderloin and slice it into rounds.Pound the rounds until flat Flours the meat, then dip in egg and then into bread crumbs. Brown on both sides Put ketchup and coke in 2" deep pan and stir until blended. Add garlic to taste. Add breaded pork and cover. Bake in oven for 1 1/2 hours at 300 degrees. You can use prepared bread crumbs that are seasoned or plain with pepper.
