Grandma's Mormon Gravy

I have no idea why it's called this...except Grandma was Mormon (so am I for that matter) and this is her recipe. Here in Texas they call it cream gravy and serve it with biscuits or on top of chicken fried steak. Whatever you call it...it's good! Good with Grandma's Fricadillas

3 or 4	Tbsp.	Meat Fat
2	Tbsp.	Flour
3	c.	cool Milk
		Salt and Pepper

• Add flour and meat fat and stir well.
• Remove from heat and add liquid stirring rapidly to prevent lumping. When all blended return to heat and bring to boil.
• Season and serve.
