BBQ Brisket of Beef

Here's the simplest recipe for BBQ Brisket of Beef that works all the time.

1	pkg.	Lipton's Onion Soup Mix(the dry one)
1	Bottle	Chili Sauce (the cheapest on the shelf, usually found near the ketchup)
1	can (or bottle)	Coke (regular - rinse the chili sauce bottle out with the coke)
1		Beef Brisket (not a corned beef but the same cut)

• Mix the first 3 ingredients in pan used for roasting the meat, turn meat in pan so both top and bottom are covered in mixture.
• Roast at 325 degrees for about 20-25 minutes per pound.
• Remove from oven, let rest for 15 minutes then slice.
• Save the sauce for later.
• Can be served hot or cold.
• Comment: My family loves it and requests it all the time.
