Teri's Crispy Fish Batter


From the Kitchen of:  Teri

Put flour, corn starch, baking powder and salt in bowl and mix. Add Beer to it and swish till smooth. If it is still too thick, add soda water till it weakens. Dredge Fish first and then dip fish into batter. Fry in hot, 375 degree oil.
