Shrimp Stuffed Flounder

  • In a small bowl mix all ingredients except fish fillets; refrigerate 30 minutes.
  • Heat oven to 375 degrees.
  • Spread 2-4 Tbsp. shrimp mixture on each fish fillet; roll up, tucking in ends to enclose shrimp mixture.
  • Place fillets, seam side down, in greased 12x8 inch baking dish.
  • Top with remaining shrimp mixture.
  • Bake for 20-30 minutes or until fish flakes with a fork.
  • Microwave directions: Prepare fish fillets as directed above. Place stuffed fillets, seam side down, in 9-in square baking dish; cover with waxed paper. Microwave on HIGH, turning dish 1/4 turn after half the time, until fish flakes with a fork (6-9 minutes)
  • Makes 6 servings.
