Oysters Mosca (Baus' Recipe)

From the Kitchen of: Pepper

  • Drain Oysters.
  • Mix bread crumbs, garlic, cheese, parsley, salt and pepper.
  • Coak the oysters in this mixture and place in a baking pan or square 8" casserole.
  • Drizzle Olive Oil over oysters to moisten.
  • Bake in a 325 degree oven for about 20 minutes.
