Marinated Catfish

From the Kitchen of: Shelley

Marinate with

4		Catfish Fillets
		Melted Margarine

Marinate fish for 1-2 hours in one of the following marinades,turning occasionally. Broil fillets until fish flakes easily with fork. Baste with the marinade and/or melted margarine. Broil 6-8 inches from heat for 5 minutes.
