Crab Quiche

From the Kitchen of: Sammie Evans

  • Saute green onions and seasonings; add crab meat.
  • Sprinkle cheese on bottom of pie shell.
  • Top with crab mixture.
  • Combine egg, soup and milk. Pour evenly over crab mixture.
  • Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until set.
  • Cool 10 minutes before serving.
