2	C	Flour
2	Tbsp.	Sugar
1	Tsp.	Salt
1	Tsp.	Soda
2		Eggs
2	C	Buttermilk
2	Tbsp.	Butter

Mix together all ingredients. Drop onto hot well-oiled griddle. Turnwhen bubbles appear on the top side. Serve hot with plenty of butterand maple syrup.
