11/2	lb.	chuck roast (or other kind of your choosing)
2	c.	ketchup  OR
2	c.	bar-b-que sauce (your favorite brand)
2	tbsp.	honey
1	can	beer (any brand)
1	pkg.	Lipton Onion Soup mix

Place all ingredients in Crockery Pot and cook on low 6 to 8 hours (high 3-4 hours).  Shred meat and serve on buns.
