Peanut Brittle #2


From the Kitchen of:  Pat Lamb

Combine corn syrup with sugar and cook on high for four minutes. Add salted peanuts and cook on high for three more minutes. Stir, add butter and vanilla. Cook one more minute. Stir in baking soda (this will cause mixture to foam). Pour onto buttered cookie sheet until hardens. Break into peices and store in air tight container.
