Granny's Cherry Pudding

Source:  Aunt Sadies Scrapbook

  • Mix flour, sugar, butter and baking powder.
  • Add beaten egg and evaporated milk.
  • Pour into a buttered baking dish.
  • Spoon on drained cherries.
  • Bake at 350° for approximately 25-30 minutes or until brown - watch carefully.
  • Cool slightly.
  • Serve with rich cream or ice cream.
