Frango Dessert

Source:  Favorite Recipes From Our Best Cooks Ketchikan, Alaska

Cream together the butter and powdered sugar until light and fluffy. Add the remaining ingredients and blend well. Pour into paper cupcake cups. Sprinkle with finely chopped nuts. Freeze. Serve from freezer.
