Hashbrown Casserole

  1. Remove eggs from refrigerator and prepare only amount needed.
  2. Break eggs into a clean sanitized mixing bowl. beat slightly on medium speed.
  3. Combine with hashbrowns, cheddar cheese, onion, milk, and diced ham.
  4. Divide into well greased baking pans. (12 x 20 x 2 ) Sprinkle with paprika.
  5. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 - 45 minutes or until set and firm.

Yield: 150 - 1/2 cup servings
