Crowd Size Classic Creamy Coleslaw

In several large bowls, combine the cabbage and carrots. In another large bowl, combine the remaining ingredients. Stir into cabbage mixture. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour. Toss just before serving.

Makes 30 servings of about ¾ cup each.
