Beef/Cheese Casserole

Source:  Cooking On-Line With The Kitchen Witches

  1. Brown ground beef with onions. Drain fat.
  2. Add tomato sauce, ketchup and seasonings.
  3. Divide meat into steamtable pans. Top with boiled potatoes, then grated cheddar cheese.
  4. cook uncovered for 35 minutes, at 350 degrees.

Yield: 100 t oz. servings
