Lemon Delicious Cake

Sybil is Sylvia's sister, who doesn't know she is contributing this recipe *grin*)

  • Prepare cake as per package instructions, adding lemon extract. Bake according to package instructions.
  • Prepare glaze and while cake is still hot pierce with fork all over. Cover cake with glaze.
  • For Frosting: Combine pudding mix and milk in small bowl; beat slowly with rotary beater about 1 minute. Fold in Cool whip.
  • When cake is cold, spread frosting over cake.
  • Refrigerate.
