This is an icing that you can use on a "poke cake" - poke holes in any type white or yellow cake and spread this icing over the top of the cake.

1/2	pound	butter
2	cups	powdered sugar (10X)
1	3-oz package	Jell-O, color to complement cake
1/2	cup	boiling water

• Cream butter and sugar.
• Dissolve Jell-O in boiling water; cool to room temperature.
• Slowly mix cooled jell-O into butter/sugar mixture, until desired color is obtained.
• Entire package may not be required.
