| 5 | eggs. separated (yolk only now) | |

| 1 | tsp | Baking Soda |
| 1 | cup | Buttermilk |
| 1 | tsp | Vanilla |
| 3 1/2 | ozs | Coconut |
| 1 | cup | Chopped nuts |
Bake on middle rack at 325 degrees for 40-45 minutes. Check with toothpick in center it should come out dry. Let cool.
