Chocolate Ganache Frosting

1	cup	Heavy cream
8	sqs.	(1 oz. ea.) semisweet chocolate, chopped
1	tsp.	vanilla

Bring the cup of heavy cream to boiling in small saucepan over medium-high heat. Remove from heat.

Stir in the chocolate squares until smooth. Stir in the vanilla.

Pour into bowl; refrigerate until good spreading consistency. 2 hours.
