The recipe is for a large cake. The amounts in parenthesis are for a small cake.

Cake
6 (4)		Eggs
2 1/4 (1 1/2)	cup	Mazola Oil
3 (2)	cups	Sugar
3 (2)	cups	Flour
3 (2 )	tsps	Baking Powder
3 (2)	tsps	Baking Soda
1 1/2 (1 )	tsp	Salt
4 1/2 (3)	cups	Grated Carrots
2 1/4(1 1/2 )	cups	Nuts
3 (2)	tsp	Vanilla

Put oil in a big bowl. Add eggs one at a time. In another bowl, mix dry ingredients, and add to the first bowl. Add carrots, nuts and vanilla. Don't Butter Pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.

Icing
8	ozs	Philadelphia Cream Cheese
5	tbsps	Butter
2	tsp	Vanilla
1	lb	Confectioner's Sugar

Mix together.
