Mom & Sarah's Brownies

Melt together shortening and cocoa and let cool. Blend together eggs and gradually add granulated sugar. Beat until disolved. Mix flour, salt, vanilla and chopped nuts. Add to egg mixture and cooled cocoa mixture. Grease pan with Bakers Joy and bake at 350 degrees 25-30 minutes. Frost with a can of chocolate frosting and cut into squares.
