**For best results - do not use the mix with the pudding in it.

This makes a great after school snack. Serve with milk, hot chocolate, or hot spiced cider.

1	pkg	Yellow Duncan Hines Cake Mix
2		Eggs
1 - 1 1/2	C	Water
3	med	Apples (peeled, cored and diced)
1/4	C	Confectioners' sugar
		Optional: Nuts - Raisins - Other Fruit

Mix cake mix as directed. Fold in apples, pour into 13 X 9 X 2pan, and cook as directed on box. Sprinkle with confectioners' sugar when cool.
