7 Up Cake


From the Kitchen of:  Joyce Majors

  1. Cream butter and sugar; add eggs one at a time; add lemon extract.
  2. Alternate adding cake flour and 7-Up.
  3. Put in greased Bundt Cake Pan.
  4. Bake at 325° for 1 hr. 15 min.
To Serve: Serve plain or with lemon glaze.
